For nearly nine years now, Anson Aromatic Essentials has been online, offering you the products and business opportunity from Young Living Essential Oils, as well as information and resources on aromatherapy.  It has been a great time, with many rewards (some of them financial).

How Anson Aromatic Essentials began

Anson Aromatic Essentials began — informally — in 1998, simply as a way to obtain Young Living Essential Oils products at a discount.  I had been disabled for nearly thirty years, and had absolutely no inclinations toward starting a business — even if I had the capacity to do so — which I didn't.

But, as I used the Young Living oils and supplements, my strength and overall sense of well-being improved so much, I wanted to share them with others.  Then, the pieces began to fall into place, allowing me to take this passion on-line.

It was the miracle of the Internet that gave me the opportunity to share my excitement about Young Living with you, as well as to launch a business after so many years of forced inactivity.  It was like a dream come true.  The main product of that opportunity was my website at www.therapeutic-grade.com, Anson Aromatic Essentials.

More than simply offering the Young Living products for sale on this website, I have also worked hard, within the limitations imposed by the FDA, to make Anson Aromatic Essentials the best source of information  and resources on therapeutic-grade essential oils on the net.  It has continued to be a work-in-progress, but even my competitors have used it as a resource.

Since its launch in 2000, the Anson Aromatic Essentials website's goal was to offer you three things:

• Essential oils, oil blends, aromatherapy sets, aromatic massage oils and essential oil-enhanced dietary supplements and personal care products.  Young Living coined the term "therapeutic-grade" (now calling them Young Living therapeutic-grade™), to set its oils apart from the cheaper, less effective essential oils on the market.
• Reliable information about aromatherapy, including articles about essential oils and how to use them, the RainDrop Technique and why you should never use an aromatherapy candle.  I also offer great resources, such as the Essential Oils Desk Reference, videos on the RainDrop Technique and the Science & Application of Essential Oils, and a subscription for our free email newsletter (back issues can be read online at the Members' Area of the Health-Essentials.info website).
• The Young Living Essential Oils business opportunity.

What you will not find on this website:

Under the FDA's current interpretation of the Dietary Supplement Health and Education Act of 1994, I am severely limited in what I can say about the safe and effective uses of the essential oils.  So, you won't find much specific information about the health-promoting properties of the oils on my website.  However, if you're looking for this kind of information, I'd be willing to try to answer your questions on an individual basis, to the best of my ability.

I've also started the Health-Essentials.info website, to fill in this gap.  This site — after about six years — is still in its infancy, but contains some good information, nonetheless.  I find it a little surprising to me, but it seems to have gained a fair amount of significance on the web.  I've been approached more than a few times, by respected organizations, as an expert in natural health.
